Account & Registration

You'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, an email address, and to be at least 18 years old. Registration is completely free and takes under 2 minutes.

Each mobile number and email address can only be used to create one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited under Okbajj's terms and may result in account suspension if detected.

Some profile details can be updated after registration via your profile settings. However, changing your name or date of birth requires KYC verification. Contact live chat for assistance.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your mobile number or email to receive an OTP. Verify the OTP and set a new password.

Go to the "Verification" option in your profile settings and upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

To close or deactivate your account, contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw your balance first. You can also enable self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

First, make sure your password is correct. Entering the wrong password multiple times will lock your account for 30 minutes. If you still can't log in, use "Forgot password" or contact support.
